Dr. Tony Dallmier, 55, of Wexford, PA, formerly of Olney, passed away on July 2, 2017 in West Helena, AR.  He was born on January 6, 1962 in Olney, IL, the son of Richard and Glenda (Woods) Dallmier.  

Tony loved his children and they always came first. He was an avid Cardinals fan. He liked to hunt. He was an active Christian and attended church regularly. He loved to write and assisted in developing several patents. He loved his hometown of Olney. He was involved in scouting and achieved the level of Eagle Scout. He also attended St. Joseph Catholic School, Olney Central College, University of Illinois in which he obtained his bachelor degree in 1987, and then completed his PhD in 1991.

Tony is survived by his father, Dick Dallmier and wife Louise of Olney; daughter, Caroline (Dallmier) Bennett of Wexford, PA; son, Thomas "Tom" Dallmier of Wexford, PA; brother, Kevin (Lisa) Dallmier of Menlo, GA; sister, Denise (Dustin) Dallmier Burger of Monticello, IL; step-sister, Jan (Brian) Kurr of Sugar Land, TX; step-brother, Bobby Neal (Teresa) Meritt of Midland, TX; numerous cousins, and several aunts and uncles.

He was preceded in death by his mother, Glenda (Woods) Dallmier and grandparents.

Memorials can be made to the educational fund for Tony’s children.
