Janet K. Sterchi, 61, of Olney, died on March 07, 2018 at Carle Richland Memorial Hospital. She was born on August 10, 1956 in Olney, IL, the daughter of Charles and Esther (Boatman) Sterchi. 

Janet maintained a positive attitude and had a strong Christian faith. Janet enjoyed being a part of the lives of her co-workers, friends, and church family. She especially enjoyed her nieces and nephews and great nieces and nephews. She loved to hear about what was going on with their lives. Janet loved traveling and taking trips and was always planning her next adventure.

She is survived by brothers, Larry Sterchi of Dundas, IL, Ed (Julie) Sterchi of Campbellsville, KY, and David (Debbie) Sterchi of Olney; nieces and nephews, Bethany (Scott) Aldredge of Murray, KY, Brittany Carver of Paducah, KY, Ben (Rachel) Sterchi of Mt. Carmel, IL, Sam (Laura) Sterchi of Dundas, IL, Hillary (Aaron) Beard of Sigel, IL; and several great nieces and nephews.

Janet was preceded in death by her parents.
