Richard Neil Anderson, 51, of Carbondale, died Thursday, March 29, 2007, at VA Medical Center in Marion.  Burial in Crest Haven Memorial Garden in rural Claremont.

Mr. Anderson was born March 6, 1956, in Lawrenceville, the son of Neil and Nada (Boley) Anderson. He never married.

He worked as an electrician and was a U.S. Marine Corps veteran.

Mr. Anderson is survived by his parents, Neil and Nada Anderson, of Olney; sister, Deb Adams and her husband, Bob, of Olney; and two nephews and one niece, Nick, Ross and Neily Adams.

He was preceded in death by his brother, Terry Anderson.
