Francis Joseph "Doc" Williamson, 76, of Olney, died Thursday, September 24, 1998, at Richland Memorial Hospital. The body will be donated to research at Indiana University in Indianapolis, Ind.

Mr. Williamson was born June 14, 1922, in Olney, the son of Elza Levi and Margaret Jane (Cordier) Williamson. He married Norma Jean Lenear on June 8, 1968.

He was a retired oil field worker for Dresser-Atlas and custodian for the East Richland High School. He was a World War II U.S. Army veteran, a member of the American Legion, VFW, and B.P.O.E. #926.

Mr. Williamson is survived by his wife, Norma Jean Williamson, of Olney.

He was preceded in death by his parents, two sisters, and one brother.

Memorials may be given to the American Heart Association.
