William Hugh Miller, 69, of Olney, died Wednesday, Dec. 8, 1993, in his home.  Burial at the Crest Haven Cemetery with full military rites performed by the Olney Veterans
Organizations.

Mr. Miller was born March 22, 1924, in Mattoon, the son of Ralph and Nellie (Roney) Miller. He married Lorene Ulrich on June 19, 1949, in Olney.

Mr. Miller was a retired insurance agent for Illinois Mutual & Mutual of Omaha. He was a member of the Calvary Baptist Church and was also a World War II U. S. Army veteran and a former Kiwanian.

Mr. Miller is survived by his wife, Lorene Miller of Olney; two daughters, Mrs. Don (Janice) Sanders of Ringold, Ga. and Mrs. Steve (Linda) Ballew of Ooltewah, Tenn.; two brothers, Gerald C. Miller of Terre Haute, Ind. and George Miller of Riverside, Calif.; a granddaughter Sara and three grandsons, David, Nathan and Mark.

Mr. Miller was preceded in death by his parents and a brother, Robert.
