William S. Baumgartner, 81, of Olney died Thursday, December 25, 2003 at Richland Memorial Hospital in Olney.  Burial in Haven Hill Cemetery in Olney.

Mr. Baumgartner was born on July 18, 1922 in Olney, the son of Simon J. and Alma K. (Kline) Baumgartner.

He was a retired watchmaker and a member of First United Methodist Church in Olney. He was a U.S. Army veteran (Pvt) of World War II and a member of American Legion in Olney.

Mr. Baumgartner was preceded in death by his parents.
