Babette and I were friends in HS and kept in contact afterwards. We were both RN's and would get together when I returned home to see my Mom during the years. I remember her as always being very kind and sweet carlng and involved in many community activities. She helped my Mother a lot with Elm St. Christian Church Printing services.I will always remember her kindness towards others in need and the fun times we had together as young women.. So sorry dear family for your loss of this dear loving woman in your lives.

Virginia Stivers (Shaw) (1958)

So sorry to learn of Bobbie's passing.  I had not seen Bobbie for at least the last 50 years but before that I saw her quite often.  Bobbie's sister Carol and I were in the same class (1958) and were good friends and spent a lot of time at each others homes.  I remember Bobbie as that sweet younger sister.  She had the most beautiful smile and a bubbly outgoing personality.  She was a joy to be around and I seem to remember that Carol and I inluded her in quite a few of our adventures together. All 3 of us went to nurses training and became R.N.'s. I wonder if some of those many summer afternoon conversations that the 3 of us had about what we would do when we grew up had anythig to do with our career choices.  Wayne and I want Bobbie's chidren and her sister Carol to know how sorry we feel about Bobbie's death and to let them know that they are in our thoughts and prayers.  Elaine Stivers Shaw (class of 1958)
