Barbara Jean ‘Barb’ (Dishong) Harmon, 78, has gone on to meet her husband Bill and son Brad in heaven.  She passed away on Wednesday, November 20, 2019 at Carle Richland Memorial Hospital in Olney. 

Barb was born October 13, 1941 to Lee and Ruth Dishong in Claremont Township.  She and Bill were married in 1957.  They had 3 sons Rick, Tony and Brad, who she was very proud of and could often be heard bragging on their accomplishments. 

Barb loved all things outdoors, she was an avid euchre player and loved football and baseball.  Her teams were the Indianapolis Colts and the Saint Louis Cardinals. You could always find her watching her children and grandchildren playing in various sporting events. Most recently, it was her Grandson Lucas she was cheering on from the stands.

She was greeted in heaven by her husband Bill, son Brad, mother and father Ruth and Lee Dishong, father and mother in law Harvey and Pearl Harmon, sister Angel Porter, brother in law Jim Harmon, brother and sister in laws Jerry and Pat Grove, Gene and JoAnn Harmon and sister in law Betty Roth.

She is survived by her sons Rick (Patti) Harmon and their children Amanda (Joe) Heany, Brandon (Haley) Cunningham and Tarrah (Galen) Dillinger, Tony (Cheryl) Harmon and their son Lucas, grandson Chase Harmon, son of the late Brad Harmon, brother Danny (Sarah) Dishong, and brother in law Harold Roth, along with 7 great-grandchildren and several nieces and nephews

Services will be a private graveside service for the family.
