Brenda (Prosser) Stallard

Brenda (Prosser) Stallard is a 1988 graduate of West Richland High School and is currently a high school business teacher at Richland County High School.  She earned an associate’s degree in business administration from Vincennes University and a bachelor’s degree in business from Eastern Illinois University.  After working for a year in the marketing field, she returned to EIU to become a certified teacher and later earned a master’s degree in education administration.  Brenda began her teaching career at West Richland where she taught for twenty years.  With the annexation of East and West, she became an East Richland/Richland County teacher. 


She is married to Leroy Stallard. Leroy is employed at Iron Horse Pipe and Steel, serves as a deacon at Freedom Baptist Church, and is a member of the Noble Lions Club.  Leroy, Brenda, and their two daughters, Holly and Faith, reside in Noble.  Holly plans to become a veterinarian, and Faith plans to become an elementary school teacher.
